Saltfish had a twin brother called Saltfish.  Saltfish really wanted his brother to meet the love of his life.  So he introduced him to a girl who came from the same hometown as Ackee. Her name was Callaloo.  Once Callaloo wove her magic around Saltfish, he never looked at another girl again.

How WE make em’:

To us, patties are personal. We love to make our patties for people – who have the love of patties in their hearts. Its teamwork in our bakery and to handmake a pattie is an art – from cooking the fillings to cutting the pastry. The bakery is filled with that wonderful aroma of these beautiful golden pies – just like Mum and Dad’s kitchen all those years ago. We don’t have to use artificial colours or preservatives – we don’t have to enhance our pastry. We use the best and fresh ingredients and give our best to each and very batch we make – because it’s all about the PATTIE LOVE.
